How do I get Kristen's Hair?

Are you craving hair like Kristen Stewart too? Or is just me? In New Moon her hair is long, flowing and still full of volume! I know everyone is wondering how can I do that to my hair? So here are some ways to accoplish those full flowing locks. First try using a volumizing mouse or Root lifter when your hair is still wet. Enjoy's Volumizing mouse is great! Then apply Colure shine serum for added softness. Use a large round brush and dry your hair in sections. Roll your hair around the bursh and hold at the scalp. Put the hot air on it for a few seconds and then hit the cool shot button to set it. This will enhance the volume in your hair. Use a light texturizer like Enjoy Creamy Pomade or Pureoloy's nano wax to and piece it lightly through dry hair. Now let your hair flow free for all to see... just like Kristen's.

Don't Be Afraid of Winter Skin!

Keep your skin soft and smooth this winter season. Start by using a good exfoliant. Try Dermalogica's Age Smart Thermafoliant that heats up as it is gently messaged into the skin. This relaxes the pores and allows for better product penetration. Use a good hydrating toner and finish with a moisturizer. Dr Perricone's Face Finishing Moisturizer has just enough hydration for every skin type as well as anti-aging properties. Before applying your makeup use a good primer to lock in moisture and allow your makeup to last all day long. For foundation try Halo by Smashbox. This will give a flawless look and hydrate your skin at the same time. It also has copper peptides to help stimulate collagen. Don't be afraid of those cold winter days! Instead grab a cup of hot cocoa and let your skin glow by the fire.

A Beautiful Thanksgiving

This year feast on your favorite Thanksgiving foods and feel good about it too! There are many health benefits to the foods we love to eat for this season. For example, cranberries are high in vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that stimulates collagen production. They also contain B-5 which can help increase the moisture level in your skin. And those delicious sweet potatoes that call your name are loaded with vitamins and minerals to keep your skin wrinkle free. There is even something for your hair too. Walnuts provide omega 3 fatty acids to help stregthen and condition your hair. Don't worry we didn't forget about dessert! Dark Chocolate is filled with flavonoids, an antioxidant that has been proven to lower blood pressure and is good for the heart. Try to stay away from a massive amount of sugar. This can cause inflammation and lead to more wrinkles. Now you have even more to be thankful for knowing you can indulge yourself in the luxury of Thanksgiving dinner and still come out looking beautiful!

Quick Trick:
On Thanksgiving don't skip breakfast!! Eating a good meal in the morning will jumpstart your metabolism and allow more room in the afternoon for all those goodies!

Bright Eyes

Don't let the holiday partying take its tole. Keep your eyes bright and looking wide awake, even after a long night. Use these tips and tricks to get your bright eyes bouncing back in no time. In order to wake up your eyes and avoid dark circles and puffiness from lack of sleep, try putting your eye cream in the refrigerator the night before. Let it chill over night and apply a thick layer in the morning. Remember to only apply to the orbital bone and up to the outer corner of the brow. Allow the cool cream to sit for at least twenty minutes. Try Mario Badescue Ceramide Eye Gel. Rub in your eye cream and get ready for makeup. But before you jump to concealer use Too Faced Mineral Water Pencil around the edge of the inner eye and on dark circles. The mineral water will help to hydrate your eyes, revitalizing them to their natural beauty.

Quick Trick:
Use a navy blue pencil on the inner rim to counter act reddness in the eyes.

Now you're ready to hit those Holiday Parties!!
